But when they didnt get what they paid for, they contacted Harry Hairston and nbc10 responds. Harry, the family was already dealing with a house fire and this just added to their problems. Thats right. This gave them a headache that they did not need. They say they did get a laptop, but it wasnt the right laptop. This is damage from a june fire at joanne nicos home. No one was hurt and the pets got out unscathed. The laptops were not that lucky. A friend gave her this flier and she liked the price. Reporter one computer was a 529 deal and a more expensive one for her daughter. But when they arrived one laptop was not the correct one. Reporter nicolo says she called dell and was told she received the laptop she ordered. I told them i received what they placed the order for and i sent them a copy of what i still had the sale flier with the laptop in it and sent them a picture with all the specifications. So she called the company at least two more times. Now trying to order the laptop she originally wanted and, for the sale price. I was on the phone with him for about an hour and a half. And then at about 10 30 a man was shot and wounded in wilmington. Police say radee prince is responsible for the violence. Tonight we get a look at the faces of the victims. A total of six people were shot. Three survived and three were killed. Nbc10 has a team of reporters spread out covering the story for you. Lauren mayk is live in wilmington. Reporter i had the chance to talk to four different employees who were inside the building when the gunman opened fire. Right now we are outside of the richland ballroom in edgewood, maryland, where families came, kind of a staging area for families who had workers inside the building.
