The teen told police he had fallen asleep during an overnight Career Development ride along. The teen said when he woke up, he woke up to this man, kenneth mason, touching him. A category1 storm with a lot of moisture, and the flood potential. That moisture will still be in the atmosphere and moving our way early next week.
