That is not going away any time soon. We saw some folks who got in line at 3 00 this morning. It is because the lines have been so long. People were coming in from neighboring states to do their part. Im from california. It is literally all we can do for their fellow americans. This is really what america is about. It is not what we have been hearing over the last couple of years. America comes together. Wasnt there to actually help out the people on the ground. Giviing blood is the least i ca do. And a lot of people are doing that as well. Almost 36 hours later take a look. There is still a crime scene. Part of the strip still shut down. Folks are trying to get back to some sort of normal life, heading to work, heading to school. Last night there were several candle light vigils. This morning they are all waiting for some answers, answers as to why this happened. Those answers may not come soon enough or at all for these folks. James lawson tied off toms wound and helped him into a pickup truck driven bay third mystery man. James and tom have a message for him as well. I do want to say whoever was driving that maroon f250, 350, thank you. It could have been a whole different night if he wasnt there when he was. I wouldnt be here. Lawson says he was one of many heros who risked their own lives to help others. New this morning victims of the shootings with minor wounds are now returning to their homes. We caught up with a woman who sprained her ankle running away. She said she is lucky compared to the horrors so many others faced. We havent been able to wrap it around our heads still. It feels like a nightmare. You dont get the images and sounds out of your head. This woman couldnt stop hugging her dad when she arrived. She is mere visiting family.
