On the hour by hour, no clouds roll through. This is the whole day. You didnt see a change on the board. As we go into monday scattered clouds are possible out there but overall a fairly dry monday forecast, too, and again temperatures warmer than average. Now were tracking maria. Through today, monday, tuesday and even wednesday, maria will take a path similar to jose directly to the north of where it currently is. It sits to the east of florida and will run parallel to the east coast. By wednesday its going to be the closest approach to the outer banks. Notice the cone itself does indicate it could wobble right against the outer banks. It could sling some moisture our way meaning scattered showers for our wednesday. And then it will make a quick turn to the right. So were not looking at any landfall impacts but some showers wednesday and even early thursday are possible across the area. As for coastal impacts, rough seas with increasing winds are likely midweek. High rip current risk should last throughout the week and we have erosion is not as likely because its being pulled quicker off to the east.
