You can see by this picture at least you have no rain to worry about at least if you have plans outside today and i know there are a lot of events going on today. So good news. Current temperature 69 in philadelphia right now. Mt. Holly at 65. 65 in dover. 66 in coatesville and Atlantic City at 68. We have all these temperatures right now in the 60s, but by later today were talking temperatures in the 80s. And by tomorrow some of us that are flirting with yeah, the 90s. You thought we were done with those, right . Not quite yet. Take a look at the temperature trend through the next few hours. Were at 69 right now and those winds around 6 miles per hour. Throughout today winds are going to be coming in from the north and its a nice warm flow that weve got. 74 temperature at 8 00 a. M. , 79 by 11 00 a. M. And the 80s into the afternoon hours that we are expecting. On top of that we are looking at those Clear Conditions you see tracking through 11 00 a. M. Here lasting into the afternoon. Developing now, police are searching for this man in a crime thats rocked aontgomery county community. Greg feldman accused of shooting his exgirlfriends mother right in the doorway of her home. Randy gyllenhaal is live at Police Headquarters with what were learning about this investigation. Randy. Reporter yeah, this suspect is accused of going to his exgirlfriends house, confronting the family and then shooting his exs mother. His name is greg feldman and right now an allout search for him. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Skyforce 10 was over the scene yesterday on long meadow road here in limerick township. Police say he shot amy hermann twice when she told him to leave the property after he kept asking to see her daughter. Feldman allegedly then told the daughter he wanted to, quote her to, quote, feel his pain. We spoke to some neighbors here in limerick township. One of whom saw the suspect fleeing to his car. He just walked calmly toward his car, got in and drove away. He didnt seem to be in any rush or anything. Terrible. Scary. A lot of kids on this street and theyre not allowed within, you know, five feet away from me. Reporter meantime, the victim, amy hermann suffered chest and neck wounds. Were working to find out her condition. Once caught feldman will face attempted murder charges. Police want you to keep a look out for his car. He was last seen driving a 2016 black mazda sedan with pennsylvania license plate kfc4605. Right now police say no update, but they are searching for him here on streets in limerick township and they are asking for the publics help to locate him. New overnight, Philadelphia Police are searching for the shooter who killed a man in kensington. Skyforce 10 over this scene on Waterloo Street last night. Authorities tell us the victim was shot in the head. Crews rushed him to the hospital where he died. Also new from overnight, a man shot in north philadelphia is in critical condition. The gunfire broke out at 27th and west sergeant streets around 1 30 this morning. Police have not made any arrests. Now to a shooting involving a toddler. A man is recovering after his 3yearold nephew managed to reach under a car seat, grab a gun and shoot him. You can see police consoling the little boy in center city yesterday. Philly police tell us the gun belongs to his uncle who is an officer with the philadelphia housing authority. The officer was offduty at the time. Police say he was shot just moments after putting the gun under the passenger seat because he couldnt take it into city hall. And thats where he was headed. Investigators are now looking into this incident. A former worker at a philadelphia playground is charged with raping a teenager with special needs. Police say Ronald Coleman restrained and sexually assaulted the 18yearold inside of a rec center near the playground in south philly. This happened on wednesday. The city says coleman was a parttime Seasonal Worker but fired following his arrest. People back in their homes following an underground fire. Flames and smoke knocked out power and forced more than 200 people to evacuate yesterday. Pico tells us an underground cable issue sparked the fire. The electricity came back on last night. Five minutes past 5 00 right now on this saturday. Now to the latest on Hurricane Maria. The category 3 storm is moving away from the bahamas into the open atlantic. Its expected to create some dangerous waves and some strong rip currents along the southeastern coast of the u. S. And in bermuda. The devastation maria caused in puerto rico though is still the focus this morning. 70,000 people on a remote part of the island are rushing to evacuate because of a failing dam. Theres no electricity anywhere, and thats led to a lack of running water. Airlines are trying to resume flights into san juan. Relief flights to the u. S. Territory are expected to increase starting today. Shes home. Safe and sound. Loved ones greeted evacuees last night. Family members hugged a woman who survived maria as the eye of the storm moved across puerto rico. How does it feel to be back home . It feels so good to be home. I wanted to kiss the ground. We now have official word that the russia hacking investigation involves 21 states including pennsylvania and delaware, but not new jersey. Yesterday the federal government alerted officials in the affected states that Russian Hackers tried to access their voting systems before the 2016 president ial election. Most of the efforts were not successful. Only illinois reported that hackers actually breached some of its voter systems. This morning, President Trump is targeting senator john mccain for rejecting the latest republican bill to repeal and replace obamacare. The president reacted to mccains opposition at a rally in alabama last night. That was a totally unexpected thing. Terrible. Honestly, terrible. Repeal and replace because john mccain, if you look at his campaign, his last campaign, was all about repeal and replace. Repeal and replace. So he decided to do something different, and thats fine. President trump added that eventually there will be a new Health Care Bill that will pass. Mccain declared his novote yesterday criticizing the lack of debate on the bill. The 81yearold republican senator from arizona who is battling brain cancer said he could not in good conscience vote for the measure all but ensuring its failure. In langhorn, bucks county, voters took their concerns about the bill to republican congressman fitzpatricks office. They urged him to lobby gop senator pat toomey also from pennsylvania to vote no. Were deeply concerned about this Graham Cassidy bill that is being proposed that would strip health care from so many people. The voters group has another event planned for next friday. Almost at 70 this morning right now in philadelphia. 63 in delaware and 65 over south jersey. We are at 60 in the Lehigh Valley and then look at the shore as well, almost 70 degrees for our start temperature. You know its going to be a warm day when we are almost in the 70s to kick off t 00s to kick o a. M. Hours. Take a look into our philadelphia neighborhoods and some of us are in the 70s. Society hill at 71, were at 68 right now in torresdale. Temperatures fairly warm to start. As weve been talking the last few days its going to be much warmer than average forecast as we go through our afternoon hours. Im not complaining. Were Holding Onto Summer a little bit longer here even though its now officially fall. Heres your radar and satellite view, no clouds over us. We are going to stay dry today. This is why. If you actually look off to our east, this little scattered area of clouds, thats whats left of what was once jose. Now were looking at that High Pressure dome thats built over area, we were talking about this for the last week or so that that was going to help to keep us warm, dry and see a lot of sunshine in the forecast as we go throughout the next couple of days. Then look at this, a close call against Cape Hatteras in North Carolina and then the cone just out of our reach through thursday, starting to hook out to sea.
