On its heels, Hurricane Maria strengthening as it heads for barbu barbuda, st. Martin and the Virgin Islands trying to pick up the pieces of the category 5 they faced just days ago. How critical is it for those places already hit by Hurricane Irma. They have the anguish and burden of trying to pick up and now bearing down with maria.
