This Surveillance Video shared exclusively with nbc 10 shows the frightening moments when a man armed with a rifle stormed out of a barber shot. Patrons fled the shop on east street. A man came into the store yesterday with a box, sat down as if he was going to get a hair cut. He then took a large rifle out of the box, ran out of the store and began shooting. The suspect killed one man and wounded two others. Neighbors who did not want to show their faces on camera tell us the shootings in the city are getting out of control. No words. Scary. Especially when youre raising a family here. We have kids on this block. A lot of people. The video shows the suspect wearing a white shirt and blue shorts, rounding the corner and leaving the scene. If you recognize this man, call police. To breaking news into nbc 10, one person is dead and another is hurt following a car crash that shut down a busy philadelphia street. Nbc 10s jesse gary just arrived on the scene at 4th and lombard in society hill. Tell us whats happened out there. Rosemary, right now some family of the people who were in the car are arriving on the scene and talking to police. Its a very emotional scene. The gentleman in the red and black just arrived on scene. Apparently his son is the lone fatality in the crash. Three other people were in this car that has flipped over on its side. It looked like its coming west on lombard after it crosses fourth t hits s s a tree, goes airborne and lands on its side. One occupant was killed, three others were taken to a nearby hospital. Philadelphia police are holding three women in the case. Investigators say that the victims sister found him in her backyard on oak ford street in grays ferry early yesterday morning. She thought he was sleeping but somebody stabbed him to death. Police are trying to determine if its a case of domestic violence. Police in philadelphia are looking into the murder of a man killed after trying to help out a driver. According to investigators, the man saw a car going the wrong way on revere street in mayfair. Police say the driver stopped, a passenger got out and stand the man to death. There are no arrests in the case. In trenton, authorities tell us police were involved in the shooting of 14yearold boy yesterday morning. Officers shot the teen in the chest on monmouth street. He is in stable condition. Both state police and Mercer County sheriffs deputies were on the scene and recovered a weapon. Pennsylvanias attorney general, Kathleen Kane, is now a criminal defendant, and shes rejecting a call from Governor Tom Wolf to resign. Kane ignored cameras and reporters questions on the way to her First Court Appearance in Montgomery County yesterday. A judge set bail at 10,000 unsecured, which means kane did not have to post money in order to be released. She just had to provide her signature. She surrendered to officials days after being charged with perjury and abuse of power. The attorney general is not talking but lawyers on both sides of the case are. A judge sentenced 34yearold Jessica Streeper to nine months to nearly two years behind bars. Streeper taught at eisenhower science and leadership academy. C. , police shot a woman after they say she refused to drop the knife she was holding. Police were assisting crews at a fire when they got a call about a woman nearby with some knives. D. C. s police chief said the woman would not obey orders to drop the weapon so an officer shot her. The person refused demands not only by the officer but from the crowd to drop the knife. And the officer shot one round. He didnt give no warning or nothing. She didnt come towards him or not. He shot her run time in the chest. All he do was shoot her in the leg or arm. The woman is in stable condition. Its unclear if she had a connection to the fire nearby. Earlier today, thousands of people marked the 70th anniversary of the atomic bombing in nagasaki, japan.
