Her 2yearold daughter who was nearby was unharmed. Dukowsky worked for a local dentist. She lived here with her father and fiance. Both were not home when she was killed. She was kicking the door in panicking. Said they found her dead. He said somebody killed her. Reporter neighbors say they heard one gunshot. One of the neighbors chased the gunman but he got away. The Youths Center redesigned will provide greater security and privacy for victims and defendants. The juvenile probation offices have also been completely refurbished. In ocean city a sewage problem has closed a section of the beach. A small amount of sewage made its way into a storm drain. Until crews can test water samples, the 6th and 7th street beaches are off limits to swimmers. The city expect results this morning and beaches to reopen shortly after that. Meanwhile, two other shore beaches open after getting the all clear. Health officials in Atlantic City initially closed the North Carolina and pennsylvania swimming areas because of bacteria levels that exceeded Water Quality standards. Water samples have come back and its all clear. Authorities believe the elevated levels from the earlier test were the result of a heavy rain on sunday night.
