Nbc 10 news. New from overnight, man who shot a store employee in center city, philadelphia is on the loose. The fire broke out at an Adult Novelty shop. Police tell us a customer opened fire during an altercation with an employee around 3 30 this morning. The victim is in stability condition. Since police are now looking at Surveillance Video, they tell us the shooting may have been part of a robbery attempt. Also new from overnight, police are investigating a homicide in the kingsessing section of philadelphia. Police took the victim to the hospital where he later died. It took three tow trucks to pull a car out of the water. The driver was able to get out of the car on his own and was not hurt. Theres no word on what caused him to drive into the river. One arrest with one to go. Thats the tally for the police for the execution style shooting in philadelphia. Investigators say he and another masked gunman ambushed a 42yearold man yesterday afternoon in overbrook. He was shot once in the body and once in the head at close range. He died at the scene. It all happened while families were working out with many kids playing basketball. We just hear gunshots pop pop pop. We turn around we have our kids out here playing as well. In Spring Garden last night, Philadelphia Police shot a man after they say he reached for his own gun. Officers responded last night for a report of a person with a weapon. Police say the man refused to put his hands up and started to pull the gun. You see it right here from his waistband. An officer then shot him. The man is now in critical condition. This Morning Police will continue to investigate a deadly motorcycle crash that happened in northeast philadelphia last night. Sky force 10 was over the scene on woodhaven road where two motorcycles collided. One of the bikes then got hit by a car. One motorcyclist is dead the other went to the hospital for surgery. It was the dying words of a Chester County murder victim that police say led them to the killer. A love triangle ended in gunfire early wednesday morning when Zachary Ludwig killed his exgirlfriend exgirlfriends new boyfriend. He sawed off a shotgun in his familys garage and then he lured nicklas murusic outside telling him he wanted to talk.
