This morning in atlantic county, the Prosecutors Office is investigating a deadly stabbing at a Convenience Store that ended with a Police Shooting and killing the suspect. It happened at cedar market in Atlantic City yesterday morning. The owner says the man whos a frequent customer stabbed a clerk with a knife. The witness says the man was upset about a sandwich. The clerk, peter fereg died. His roommate told us he just returned from egypt. It was his second day on the job. New from overnight, a man is recovering after being stabbed near germantown avenue in somerset street in north philadelphia. Investigators say after he was stabbed in the arm and leg he ran to a nearby chinese food store, called 911. The suspect was arrested. Investigators are calling this a domestic ince didntident. In Chester County George Symonds is free on bail this morning. Hes head of the Concept School in thornburg township since 2004. Authorities say he began inappropriate contact with an eighth Grade Student last year in his office and in the schools bathroom. His lawyer and symonds will fight the charges in court. This morning, we are learning more about the punishments for the young suspects accused in a group attack on a homeless man. It happened outside of a gas station in north philadelphia. This was back in april. A judge ordered a 14yearold boy to a juvenile Detention Center and is now deciding on the punishments of three other kids. The vick was left in a coma. This man faces charges after Delaware State Police raided his Sussex County home in a heroin bust. Police arrested dustin drew yesterday on drug possession charges. Hes being held on more than 40,000 bond and look at what police say they found inside his home. Their search revealed nearly a thousand bags of heroin plus marijuana and suspected drug money. From our Delaware Bureau a new report shows a sharp decrease in gun violence in wilmington over the last six months. Thats according to the citys spot shutter technology. It uses sensors to alert police to gunshots. Wilmingtons police chief says there were 135 gunshot incidents during the First Six Months of the year which is down 42 from the second half of 2014. A public official told us he believes cosby could Face Criminal Charges based on his testimony in a Sexual Assault lawsuit ten years ago. Monday night we brought you cosbys admission that he got quaaludes with the intention of using them for young women with whom he wanted to have sex. The admission came from a deposition cosby gave in montgomery county. The Temple University employee accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at his home. Bruce caster says cosby may have lied under oath. This is as good as what we get and what we deserve in a Sexual Assault case . No. But hes an old man you put him in jail for a couple years, ebel probably die. Cosby has never been charged with a crime. The downfall of bill cosbys reputation began last fall. Some of the allegations date back to the 60s. That temple official came forward to police in 2005. She settled her civil lawsuit against cosby the following year. It wasnt until last year when a comedians joke brought new attention to the allegations against cosby and since then dozens of women have made accusations against the philadelphia native. Philadelphia police are offering a 10,000 reward for the arrest of the second suspect accused in the shooting that injured seven people last month. Thats after the first suspect Dennis Tindal was arrested and charged with seven counts of aggravated assault and conspiracy. Police say he was involved with a fight with a group of men in kensington and promised to return. Officers say t s came back with a second suspect allegedly with a shot again. Seven people were shot including three children. Some in new jersey think governor Chris Christie is spending too much time away from the state. They want to change that. The state senators want to introduce a bill that would require any governor to resign if he or she runs for president. A New York Times analysis showed christie was out of the state 40 of the time last year. When he is back we want him to take care of the state of new jersey. A spokesman for the governor called the bill silliness. Even if lawmakers passed the bill governor christie would have to sign it into law.
