Its an exclamation point on a long list of allegations published by the Associated Press today that have happened since then. A new admission from bill cosby made during a deposition in 2005. The accuser, a former Temple University official. A lawyer asked cosby, when you got the quaaludes was it in your mind that you were going to use these quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with . Cosby answered yes, according to the deposition. He was never charged in connection with the claims. The case was dismissed. It caps years of allegations highlighted by the Associated Press. Beth fairier, she claims cosby drugged her coffee in the early 80s. I want him to face justice for what he has done to me and to so many other women. Reporter and page four joan tarshis, she claims cosby drugged and assaulted her in 1969. I cant let this go any longer. I wanted to join the people who have talked about this. Reporter along with other accusers not listed like beverly johnson. I wanted him to know that i knew he had drugged me. I went on survival mode. Reporter a pennsylvania judge unsealed the documents. He writes in part cosby has donned the mantle of public moralist. We are still awaiting to hear from bill cosby. Calls to his attorneys have not yet been returned. We, in fact have a few thunderstorms trying to make their way in. Aside from that we had locally heavy downpours today. We still have a Flash Flood Warning for upper bucks county until 12 15. This area has seen about three inches of rain so far. If you are in this area, just to the south of richland that area that you see shaded in the maroon color, turn around. A thunderstorm moving into lancaster county. Locally heavy rain on its way to lancaster. This will be clearing up by the morning commute. For the Early Morning hours, we could see patchy fog. Mid 70s by 8 00 a. M. It will be muggy by 10 00, around 80 degrees. By noon, we should be in the mid 80s and a lot of humidity tomorrow. Plus our next chance of storms. The timing on that coming up. Things are cooling down tonight in upper darby after fire devoured a business on 69th street. Sky force 10 was live overhead during nbc 10 news at 6 00. Thats a pay less shoe store on fire. The stores on either side were damaged. Crews evacuated two dozen moments nearby. As for how it started, thats not clear yet. Crews say they havent seen a fire here in this busy shopping area in quite some time. It has been we had a very good track report with 69th street. It has been better than 15 18 years since we have had any type of a fire in our stores on 69th street. A viewer sent us video of the scene. A firefighter was overcome by heat but is expected to be okay. Tears and heartache as friends gather to remember a philadelphia teenager stabbed to death after watching fourth of july fireworks. A group of 300 people walked from her home to where she was murdered. They called it a walk for justice. She was 17 years old. She was also the mother of a little girl. Someone stabbed her in the parking lot of a store sunday morning. She had taken the train back with friends after watching fireworks in south fwil fill. Tonight we caught up with one of cottons neighbors. She was tieing it a single flower to her porch. This is something we do. This block is so loes toclose to each other. We wouldnt expect to lose her. At all. Not her. Police are looking at video from the drugstore parking lot. They are offering a 20,000 reward to help find her killer. Enough is enough. Enough is enough, that was the rallying cry of this group in west philadelphia. The group called itself one day at a time. They organized tonights march and prayer vigil to bring attention to Violent Crime in the city. New at 11 00, allentowns mayor is suspending his u. S. Senate Campaign Days after an fbi search at city hall. He issued a statement tonight saying he wants to focus on assisting the fbi in its investigation. The investigation is apparently centered on how the city has hannedhan ed handed out contracts. Shark scare. Swimmers were forced out of the water multiple times today after reports of sharks. The First Sighting happened this afternoon then a short time later in avalon. A group was boating when they say they saw a shark up close. Reporter lifeguards spotted the shark not far from the shore. They ordered swimmers on the beach several times today between 26th and 32nd street. A shark sighting interrupts a day on the beach. Lifeguards spotted a shark and called swimmers out of the water between 1 30 and 3 30 today. It was scary and frightening and exciting at the same time. Reporter these friends were on a boat 40 feet from shore when they spotted a shark four feet long. At first it was scary because we knew there was a shark. Then it got excited when we knew it was tiny. We were out cruising looking at dolphins. All of a sudden we saw the lifeguard out there. Everyone was out of the water, which is shocking. Reporter lifeguards jumped on a row boat to look into a shark sighting earlier in the day. No one was hurt and swimming was back to normal within an hour of the sighting. Far different from the outcome off the North Carolina coast where a shark bit a marine july fourth. The eighth attack in the past three weeks. Jersey shore beachgoers welcome the patrol on heightened alert and the additional precautions. I like how they take precaution with it, because you never know. Reporter Denise Nakano nbc 10 news. Another dangerous sea creature causing concern. The man o war. People are spotting them at delaware beaches. Someone snapped a picture of this one. Delaware environmental Officials Say several washed up along the Delaware Coast over the holiday weekend. Its known for its painful sting. Its rarely seen in our area. This comes after sightings at the jersey shore over the past few weeks. A viewer sent us this picture in ocean city yesterday. He tells us it was still alive when beach patrol removed it. A similar story in cape may where a man o war washed up over the weekend. People spotted them in ocean city and Long Beach Island last month. No one has been hurt. Experts warn if you see one, you are better off leaving it alone. We have video just in from the scene of a police chase that came to a crashing halt in philadelphias overbrook section. This is 63rd and columbia avenue. The suspects car crashed into another vehicle. It happened about an hour ago. Were working to find out how this chase started. We do know one person was injured. Its unclear who that person is or how serious those injuries are. We will keep you updated. In philadelphia a trial will begin for a man charged with running over family during a drag race on the boulevard. It follows a guilty plea from his codefendant. A judge sentenced holloman to five to ten years in prison following todays plea. The other man rejected a deal. Jury selection in his trial will begin in the morning. Prosecutors say they were street racing on roosevelt boulevard in 2013. A woman and her three children were killed when they were hit. Family members say it makes little different how much time the defendants get. We want them to realize what they did. They took a life. They took a family, okay . Our family. The youngest victim of the crash was seven months old. Health officials are keeping an eye on some children after some mistakes in the vaccination program. State Officials Say it happened at a free Clinic Health by the county Health Department in memorial hospital. The shots for tots program is not connected to the facility. Nurses gave a 2yearold boy a double dose of a Cervical Cancer drug that could lead to neurological problems. Two other children received expired vaccines. The baby received a flu mist that kids arent supposed to get until they are two years old. The program is now shut down. In that one year we had five Dosage Administration errors. Thats a bad batting average. Both nurses resigned but one tells nbc 10 she did not resign because of the audit. The county is offering to pay for medical monitoring for the children as well as for costs that might come up should they face medical complications. Call it a fourth of july safety success on the ben franklin parkway. Philadelphia police say a relatively problem free went helped them prepare for the pope. There were just fine minor arrests. Saturday was a good tuneup for the popes visit here in september. Any time you have success, its a good thing. But you never want to get too far ahead of yourself. You want to prepare for the next one as well. About 200,000 filled the parkway for this weekends fourth of july festivities. Thats a smaller crowd than what is expected for the pope. Reporter one day he was hanging out with friends but felt compelled to break away and come here to his neighborhood church. I never imagine he will become the pope. Reporter now that he is pope, his old friend has dreams of his own. To play a special tango for the pope during his visit to philadelphia. Not everybody. A lot of us have dried out from the rain. One thunderstorm is trying to make its way into the area. Otherwise, we have patchy fog in the forecast for some of you through the overnight hours and we just keep staying hot and humid as we go through this week. Tomorrow morning, the patchy fog could be in areas north and west of philadelphia with temperatures in about the mid 70s. It will stay muggy. Tomorrow and wednesday, we expect to be near 90 degrees. The humidity will still be here. By thursday we will be in the mid 80s but looking humid. A look at radar. The only rain that were watching now is moving into lancaster county. Thats one thunderstorm. It shrunk a little in size. It doesnt look as intense as it was earlier. Aside from that we had the rain today in upper bucks county and other areas where it was locally heavy for a time. We still do have the Flash Flood Warning in parts of upper bucks county. Three inches of rain so far. No rain in the area now. We could have localized flooding there. Never drive through floodwaters. We could have stray showers move through. For the morning commute we will be mostly dry. We could see fog which could provide drizzle. The chance of thunderstorms comes back in the afternoon. Its a slight chance. Not everyone is going to see this. Areas along the shore and in much of delaware you may be pretty much clear from this tomorrow. We could have some around. Then we go into wednesday, clouds move back in. The rain moves back in. Wednesday might be more widespread with locally heavy rainfall. That could last into wednesday evening.
