Water pipe burst: Ex gratia of Rs 2 lakh announced by Assam Government

The State Government today announced an ex gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of Sumitra Rabha, who died in the water pipe burst incident in the Kharghuli area of the city yesterday.
