Watchdog clears London cop who fired fatal shot from armoured vehicle

A London police officer fired a single fatal shot from inside an armored vehicle, killing a gun-wielding suspect holed up inside the garage of a Pond Mills home four months ago, Ontario’s police watchdog says.
