Washington DC man, 40, pleads guilty to impersonating a federal agent to secure apartments

Arian 'Ari' Taherzadeh, 40, admitted to creating the United States Special Police and impersonating federal agents to recruit members to his fake force. He used the force to secure luxury apartments.
