State and health officials have continued to stress the COVID-19 vaccine is our key to returning to 'normalcy' -- but could incentives be the way to get there?
For many, normalcy is enough to get a shot in the arm. Still, both Oregon and Washington are reporting declines or plateaus in those signing up to get vaccinated ever since everyone 16 and up became eligible.
“It’s well known that we’ve had a slowdown in the demand for the vaccine. Now, this is very concerning because now it is a terrible thing to think that we have vaccines to save people’s lives and not see it in people’s arms.” Gov. Jay Inslee said.
