Wasatch County and State of Utah sued over treatment of arrestee with disabilities

Wasatch County and the State of Utah have both been sued by a Hideout woman who claims her disability was ignored and mocked when she was arrested by a Utah Highway Patrol officer for suspected driving under the influence and booked in Wasatch County Jail.
