Warrant: Surveillance footage helped police ID man charged with attempted murder of Buckland Hills Mall security guard

Richard LaPlante, 30, of Windsor was arraigned in court on Monday on the charges of attempted murder, first-degree assault and first-degree robbery in connection to the shooting of a Buckland Hills Mall security guard on Friday.
