Health chiefs and drug abuse agencies in Plymouth are warning users to beware of a lethal new designer drug which has been implicated in the deaths of a number of people.
In February 2019 PlymouthLive reported on concerns over 'blue Valium' which was believed to be linked to the death of one man and the hospitalisation of four others.
