As temperatures rise, it feels like the perfect opportunity to take your beloved pet out for a long walk.
Especially as it's been breezy too. But it doesn't always occur to owners that the warm weather might not actually be the most ideal walking conditions.
Experts are warning that temperatures around 25C may not seem dangerous to humans, but ask people to imagine if they were walking barefoot on hot sand or pavement - as that’s how it feels for your pet on a warm day.
