Warden sweeps Royal in softball doubleheader

WARDEN — Warden High School softball coach Randy Wright said Tuesday’s doubleheader sweep of the Royal High School Knights was the performance he wanted to see with one week left in the regular season. Warden came from behind to take the first game 9-8 in extra innings and won the second game 7-3.

“That’s the sort of thing I was looking for,” Wright said.
