Wanted: NYC's worst landlord, who has defied court orders to fix properties, housing officials say

The nearly 700 open violations between the pair of buildings at 705 and 709 170th Street in Manhattan have earned slumlord Daniel Ohebshalom an open arrest warrant, a two-month vacation at Rikers Island and fines of more than $3 million, housing officials said Monday.
