Walter Slosar named new border patrol chief of the Big Bend Sector

Chief Walter Slosar entered duty on Aug. 2, 1998, at the 384th session of the U.S. Border Patrol Academy. As of the week of Nov. 6, he leads the Big Bend Sector.
