February is Black History Month and there are a few ways that Disney is participating around the Walt Disney World resort. With installations at both Disney Springs and EPCOT, “
Celebrate Soulfully” honors Black heritage through the history of jazz, plus some tasty treats. Here’s a quick look at what you can find!
Celebrate Soulfully at Disney Springs
Scattered around Disney Springs, there are art displays that are inspired by the most recent Disney-Pixar film, Soul. The art from this installation is created by up and coming Black artists, and their own unique interpretation of the movie’s main character, Joe Gardener and his connection with jazz.
