Attorneys for Walmart and Zest Labs argued Tuesday in federal court their respective positions for whether U.S. District Judge James M. Moody Jr. should sanction Zest Labs over what Walmart has alleged was a "material misrepresentation" in its lawsuit that resulted in a $115 million judgment rendered against the Bentonville-based retail behemoth.
