My name is Kaitlin, and I am part of the planning team for a global event called Walk For Freedom with an organization named A21. A21 is a global nonprofit organization determined to eradicate human trafficking through awareness, intervention, and aftercare. The office in Charlotte, NC focuses efforts in providing services directly to survivors of human trafficking that help individuals through their restoration journey. <br/><br/>On October 15, people around the world will join the 8th annual Walk For Freedom. This event is A21’s largest awareness and fundraising event with hundreds of walks taking place in countries worldwide, raising awareness and funds for the millions enslaved in the world today. The goal for this year's walk in Charlotte is to unite community members on this cause and see everyone stand in solidarity with victims, to celebrate survivors, and to prevent trafficking from ever happening in the first place. <br/>Our team would love to connect further!
