Rich Lister Alex Waislitz’s listed investment company Thorney Technologies is on the street raising at least $20 million to fund new investments, as well as working capital.
The offer is open to local and US investors and is priced at 40¢ per share.

Bell Potter has been appointed the sole lead manager and the company has reserved the rights to increase the size of the capital raise if there’s additional demand.

Priced at 40¢ per share, the offer comes at a 7 per cent discount to Thorney Technologies last close price of 43¢.
