Wade Nomura, Natalia Alarcon Sworn in to Carpinteria City Council

Nomura is serving his third 4-year term.
"What I would like to say to the community is thank you very much for not only voting, but coming up with a council that is extremely competent," Nomura said. "I look forward to working with this new council to make sure that we as a council keep the community's best interests at hand."
Nomura said he loves Carpinteria.
"I consider Carpinteria my paradise," Nomura said. "My paradise is where I live. One of things I realized is that I have to do, that we all have to do, is to invest to make sure that paradise stays your paradise."
