Then Good Samaritans stepped forward helping the people inside escape out aside window. People caught the action on cell phones. No one was on the sidewalk at the time but Police Say One person inside this building was hurt and is still in serious condition this morning. Altogether six people were taken to the hospital. The bus driver needed the most help pinned against the windshield of the bus. He was moving. That was a relief to see him moving but i think they had to use the jaws of life to get him out. He tried to avoid it at all costs. It was not his fault at all. These men attacked the 38year old early saturday morning. Investigators believe one of them took browns cell phone while he was inside a bodega. Police have intensified the search for five suspects in the beating death of a man in brooklyn. Flowers and a candle are outside the door to Michael Browns apartment in crown heights. Police say these men attacked the 38yearold early saturday morning. Investigators believe one took his cell phone while he was inside a bodega. The chair under construction for Pope Franciss v a boy is back home with his family after being lost in the wilderness. He got separated from his dads and siblings camping in utah. Several women say they were kicked off a wine tasting train because they are black. 11 members of a black Womens Book Club say they were humiliated when they were escourted off a wine train. The staff say they were being too loud and inappropriate for the setting. A manager did come by and ask the group to pipe down. They didnt think they were being disruptive to other passengers. We were paraded through with all the passengers looking at us, you know, coming up with assumptions as to why this group of 11 africanamerican women were being escorted from the train. The Train Company apologized to the women for being forced off the train. They said it had nothing to do with race and its not unusual to ask guests to leave for being too loud.
