Vt. State Trooper who rescued a child that fell through ice nominated for a national award

A Vermont State Trooper who recused an eight-year-old girl that fell through the ice in Cambridge two months ago, has been named one of four finalists across the U.S. and Canada, for the International Associated of Chiefs of Police and Motorola Solutions Trooper of the Year Award.
