VR asked to provide detailed account of cancellation of long-distance services

The Ministry of Transport and Communications, together with the ownership steering department of the government, has asked the state-owned railway company to provide a detailed account for the widespread cancellations it made earlier this week in its long-distance services on safety grounds.
