Henrico County residents will have a chance to comment tonight on a proposed mixed-use apartment complex to replace the former Virginia Center Commons.The Board of Supervisors will vote on rezoning over seven acres of land to allow homes to be built on the property. Two companies, Shamin Hotels and Rebkee Company, purchased parts of the complex in January according to Richmond BizSense. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and will be streamed on the county’s website.
