Target in Chesapeake's Edinburgh Shopping Center evacuated due to gas leak – Daily Press

As of 2:30 p.m., the shopping center had been reopened, with the exception of the Target store. Target will remain evacuated until the leak is controlled and the hazardous materials team confirms the building is free of natural gas.
