Volusia residents frustrated by vaccine calls for wrong Florida county

In some cases, the appointments are in counties more than four hours away. 
Cathy Brown, a 48-year-old physical therapist who lives in Ormond Beach, said she signed up in the earliest days of Sharecare, in late January or early February.
Since then, she said she’s been called six times from representatives scheduling appointments in Broward County. Brown's Ormond Beach home is three and a half hours away from Broward.
"If I’ve been called that many times by Broward, why am I not being called in Volusia?" Brown said in a News-Journal interview Wednesday. "I’m obviously on a wrong list somewhere. How do I get myself in the right place?"
