Hardin County Judge Wayne McDaniel has issued a voluntary evacuation for residents in the
low lying areas of the county. Judge McDaniel is encouraging residents in those areas to pack
belongings and leave as a precaution. McDaniel has also issued a disaster declaration for Hardin
County.
