Kaitlin has an extensive background in directing and coordinating strategies to help industries adapt and overcome extreme challenges. As the Director of Operations for the Ohio Restaurant Association, Kaitlin helped Ohio restaurants grapple with the most challenging economic pressures on the industry in the middle of the pandemic. Kaitlin recognizes what it takes to rapidly assess obstacles, develop strategies to address them and drive to solutions through collaboration.
