Vodafone Ukraine fortifies network, spending over $54 million on winter preparations as capital investments surge 75%

Mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine increased its capital investments by 75% in the first half of 2023 as the telecoms giant spent over UAH 2 billion ($54.2 million) on repairs and winterization, a company report reads.
