Viveka Case: SC Defers Hearing Plea Challenging Anticipatory Bail to Avinash Reddy

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday deferred to June 19 its hearing on the SLP challenging the anticipatory bail to Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy.   The vacation bench of the apex court heard the plea filed by Suneetha Nareddy in which the petitioner had challenged the anticipatory bail granted to Avinash in connection with the case registered against him in the Viveka murder
