Vitrafy Life Sciences gears up for fourth quarter float

Fresh from closing an oversubscribed pre-IPO capital raise last month, cryopreservation company Vitrafy Life Sciences is gearing up for a float in the fourth quarter of this calendar year.
The business, which was only established in 2018, has appointed Bell Potter to manage the float, after stockbroking firm also managed the companyâs successful pre-IPO raise.

The business was founded by Sean Cameron and former MasterChef winner Brent Owens, who discovered they had unlocked the ability to conserve bilogical materials at very low temperatures when initially investigating how to preserve food.
