#VisualAbstract: Teplizumab Improves β-cell Function in Newly Diagnosed Type 1 Diabetes

1. In this randomized-controlled trial, two 12-day courses of teplizumab improved C-peptide levels compared to placebo at week 78 in patients with stage three type 1 diabetes. 2.
