In a year when it seems we could all use a little extra magic, the Birdsong Fairy Trail in Western New York could be the perfect combination of fresh air, whimsy, and a little bit of pixie dust.
Once built in Tinker Falls, the fairy community is now nestled in Mendon Ponds Park in Honeoye Falls, just outside of Rochester. The park is the largest of all the Monroe Country parks with 2,500 acres to explore and 30 miles of self-guided trails. The quickest way to find the fairies is to enter the park is to enter on Williams Road, next to the Wild Wings Nature Center.
