Virtus to acquire alternatives manager AlphaSimplex from Natixis

Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. agreed to acquire AlphaSimplex Group, LLC, a manager of liquid alternative investment solutions with US$ 10.9 billion of assets under management, from Natixis Investment Managers.
