Virginia Beach shuffles funds to cover higher cost of Atlantic Park utility work

The city is footing the cost of several aspects of Atlantic Park including offsite infrastructure, parking and the entertainment venue. The City Council on Tuesday approved moving $1.75 million from Atlantic Park's parking fund to complete the offsite utility work.
