Virginia Beach plastic surgeon gets probation after being convicted of illegal drug possession

Dr. John Mancoll was sentenced to one year of probation and also must pay a fine of $20,000 and perform 400 hours of community service. The doctor was convicted earlier this year of two misdemeanor drug offenses.
