Virginia Beach educator sentenced to 20 years for distributing child porn

David Crouse Jr., 57, was an instructional specialist and teacher at Arrowhead Elementary School when he was arrested in December 2022. The sentence issued to him was the mandatory minimum required under Virginia law.
