The building housing the Brewers Hill restaurant View MKE is for sale, listed at nearly $2.5 million.
The property at 1818 N. Hubbard St. is listed with Cushman & Wakefield/Boerke Co., a Milwaukee commercial real estate brokerage. The site, which previously housed Wolf Peach and Roots restaurants, long has been known for the view of the downtown Milwaukee skyline to its south.
The price doesn't include the furniture, fixtures and equipment, which are negotiable.
The property was sold in 2018 to 1818 Ventures LLC — the ownership group led by Carl Tomich, president of Westridge Builders in Waukesha — for $1.1 million, according to state records. Tomich renovated the building and extensively rebuilt elaborate patios on the hillside parcel.
