Vietnam war veteran, 75, dies after sheriff's deputy shocks him with TASER at his Minnesota home when he came at them with knife during attempted eviction over late rent

Michael James Yanacheak, 75, died following the incident at his Willmar home on Monday. His niece said he had been suffering with mental health issues.
