Video emerges of New York police running away, looking on, after setting a man ablaze with a taser, resulting in his death

According to his lawyer, Jason Jones, 29, succumbed to his painful injuries 48 days after a New York Catskill police officer used a taser on the unarmed man, setting him on fire in the process, inside a police station.
