Plans to bring more Victorians back to work next week have been delayed as the state deals with the Black Rock cluster and a new mystery case.
Key points:
A quarter of public servants and half of the private sector were set to be allowed back in workplaces from January 11
The state's public health team has recommended a "pause" and will provide updated advice next week
The Acting Chief Health Officer says the schedule will depend on the circumstances around the new mystery case
