Victoria COVID: Booster vaccine approved for older teens, as state records 12,755 cases, 39 deaths

Under the changes announced by the Therapeutic Goods Administration on Friday morning, Victorians aged 16 and 17 would be able to get their third shot three months after receiving their second dose.
