Veteran of three wars sets up scholarship to help comrades

Dr. Jack Morgan, a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam, started a scholarship for veterans studying at California colleges and universities; the scholarship is given through the nonprofit Veterans' Writing Group of San Diego County
